Content is user-generated by independent performers (models), who are solely responsible for their actions and content.

5. Token Purchases and Payments

• Tokens can be purchased via third-party payment processors.
• Tokens have no cash value and are non-refundable.
• Purchased tokens may be used to tip or pay models or unlock services on the platform.
• Models receive payouts based on the percentage set in their account (e.g., 51%), and payouts are processed manually.

6. Payouts to Models

• Models are independent contractors.
• After earning tokens, models request payment through available methods (e.g., PayPal, bank transfer, etc.).
• The platform is not responsible for taxes, declarations, or legal compliance on the part of the model.

All payouts are marked manually in the admin panel by the operator.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the site for illegal activities
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Harass, abuse, or exploit performers or users
• Record or distribute content from the site without permission
• Circumvent payment systems or violate intellectual property rights
• Upload viruses or attempt to hack the platform

Violations may result in account termination and legal action.

8. Content and Licensing

• Performers retain ownership of their own content.
• By uploading content, performers grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and monetize such content on our platform.
• You may not reuse, repost, or distribute content without written permission.

9. Intellectual Property

All site content (excluding user-generated content), logos, trademarks, and software are the property of the operator or licensed third parties.
You may not copy or reproduce any part of the site without written consent.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

We provide the site "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding:
